About this property

Step inside this 3-bedroom, 2-bath home and you'll notice the layout right away, a split floor plan that gives everyone their own space. High vaulted ceilings keep the living room open and full of light, and the primary suite has its own tray ceiling that sets it apart from a standard bedroom. Storage isn't an afterthought either, closets throughout mean you've actually got somewhere to put things. A gas fireplace anchors the living room and leads naturally into the kitchen and dining area, and just off the dining room sits an enclosed flex room, great for an office, playroom, or extra space you can shape around your own needs.Out back, the fully fenced yard was built for entertaining. A covered patio with a natural gas hookup for an outdoor kitchen was added in 2015, so cookouts don't have to stop when the weather turns. A saltwater pool stretches from 3 feet on the shallow end to 10 feet on the deep end, plenty of room for everyone come summer. Gas runs through the whole house too, powering the fireplace, stove, heat, and water heater. As for upkeep, the water heater and pool pump were both replaced this past year, the HVAC is just over a year old, the roof was done in 2020, and the refrigerator's a newer stainless model. Everything that needs doing has already been done, so all that's left is settling in.
