Catrice Ambrose

My name is Catrice S. Ambrose, and I am a native of Saint Martinville, LA. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and an MBA with a concentration in Human Resources Management. I am also the proud mother of two beautiful children.

I lived in our nation’s capital for almost 10 years before returning to Louisiana. I decided to pursue my real estate license after facing the challenges of acquiring my own home following a divorce. I am not the first single mother to face such obstacles, and I used this adversity as motivation to help other single mothers in similar situations obtain a home of their own.

As an agent with Guidry & Co. Real Estate, Inc., my goal is to assist and support both buyers and sellers in this highly competitive market. Real estate is one of the most valuable assets you can own, and as your agent, I will treat your property with the care and respect it deserves. Providing my clients with the best customer service is always my top priority.

While buying and selling properties is my main focus, I am also interested in the building and construction side of the industry. A key goal of mine is to help stage and prepare homes to sell quickly and efficiently. Knowing that I have the full support of my brokerage gives me the confidence to help my clients achieve their real estate goals.
